Product Overview
PET is a thermoplastic polyester produced by transesterification of dimethyl terephthalate with ethylene glycol, or by direct esterification of terephthalic acid with ethylene glycol, followed by polycondensation.
Often described as the most versatile plastic, PET serves packaging, fiber and film industries equally well — in bottle-grade, fiber-grade, film-grade and injection-grade forms.
Material verified by SGS lab test. Quality guaranteed.
High-Clarity PET Resin
- Private Label (OEM) – Custom branding on packaging and documentation; COA and test reports issued under your brand name
- Grade Customization – MFI, molecular weight and additive packages adjusted to match your processing requirements (injection molding / extrusion / blow molding)
- Formula Modification – Flame retardant, UV stabilizer, antistatic or reinforcement (glass fiber / mineral) additions available upon request
- Color Compounding – Natural (undyed) pellets as standard; custom color masterbatch compounding available across the full RAL / Pantone range
- Packaging Configuration – Standard 25 kg bags or 1,000 kg jumbo bags; moisture-proof inner lining and custom outer print available
| Mechanical | Good impact resistance, toughness and hardness; stable from -70°C to 120°C |
| Chemical Resistance | Resistant to oils, fats, dilute acids/alkalis and most solvents; not resistant to strong acids, alkalis or steam |
| Optical | High transparency; UV-blocking capability; excellent gloss. Amorphous PET offers outstanding optical clarity. |
| Thermal | Highest heat deflection temperature among common thermoplastic engineering plastics. Glass fiber-reinforced PET shows virtually no deformation in solder baths at 250°C for 10 seconds. |
| Electrical | Good electrical insulation with minimal temperature influence; limited corona resistance. |
The Most Easily Electroplated Plastic
Perfect candidate for exterior automotive parts. Its unique polymer structure allows for flawless chrome plating, essential for luxury grilles and logos.
For high-touch consumer goods, surface finish is everything. ABS offers a native high-gloss finish that rivals painted surfaces, reducing secondary processing costs while maintaining structural integrity.
